[okfn-labs] Open Threads

My first thought was "I'd like to run this on the Linux Kernel Mailing
List", which will probably run into scalability issues, but should have fun
outputs. The idea certainly sounds like prime community research (and
hackday..) material. Thanks for sharing it!
