I don't fully understand you, sorry. PyBossa provides two ways for creating
an application: web interface and using the API. By default both methods
are available for everyone.

What do you mean by: both lists and per-installation basis? I do not
understanding it sorry. Would you mind to give us a bit more of information?
In any case, if you mean that you would like to create a drag and drop
feature to create the task presenters, then go for it! I'd love to see that
feature in PyBossa :-)
