[okfn-labs] Update on PublicBodies.org - a URL for every part of Government

Hello gents,
we have ~20k records for all the italian public administrations offices
with included the name, city, responsible email and ph contacts etc.

this is available on:
http://www.opendatahub.it/dataset/indice-pubbliche-amministrazioni/resource/36301036-6be8-48c4-9e45-55af8a6b0c09

this is TAB delimited CSV
unfortunatelly 1st row didn't contains the headers but the fields are:

where the meaty fields are:

*2) name of the public administration*
3) municipality where is located
4) first name of the responsible person
5) last name of the responsible person
6) zip code
7) province name (two letter code)
8) region name
*9) homepage*
10) street address
15) fiscal code
16,18,20,22,24) email addresses
26,27,28,29) self explanatory (this data is present only if available !)

final note: this resource is updated daily at 6:00 am
