I've actually been working on something similar: QueryTree.

QueryTree (http://querytreeapp.com) is a tool for exploring and cleaning up
data sets by chaining together tools such as Filter, Sort, Join and Group.
I'm really aiming it at non-technical non-programmer types, so it's all
very drag and drop and visual.

Its free to use so by all means have a go and send any feedback you have to
me. (There is a more powerful paid version on the way too).

Thanks,
Dan
