Hi Lucy,

Check with the Ushahidi people as they have a lot of experience on this
subject. One example that you can use is the Philippines Typhoon app that I
developed for the http://digitalhumanitarians.com/ collective. The contact
person about this project is Patrick Meier, and I can put you in contact if
you want.
