[okfn-labs] First Android app released

Your github repo does not include a license. This means default copyright
regulations apply. Whoever contributed code retains full rights to the
code, nobody can lawfully copy, reuse, modify it.

I assume you intended to open source the app. You just need to specify
which license the code is released under. Permissive? MIT, BSD, Apache,
etc. Or copyleft - derivative works have to be distributed under the same
license (the GPL family of licenses is most popular copyleft software).

One way to do this is to add a LICENSE file to your code repository, like
this one:
https://github.com/okfn/textus/blob/master/LICENSE
