Yes they are open-source. Multiview is at
https://github.com/okfn/recline/tree/master/demos/multiview and Data
Explorer is a medium-sized app of its own at
https://github.com/okfn/dataexplorer

By the way, if you do run into issues with Recline (like these) best way to
submit them is as issues in the issue tracker at:

https://github.com/okfn/recline/issues
