[okfn-labs] Text files as a database

Hi there,

I guess some of you might know it but yesterday I found by accident this
interesting piece of software: https://github.com/harelba/q

It is a tool that handles text files as DBs allowing you to query stuff in
files, something that I think it is really neat ;-) and that's why I wanted
to share it with you.

Do you know if there another similar tools?

like DOC or XLS, instead use PDF, HTML, RTF, TXT, CSV or
any other format that does not impose on the user the employment
of any specific software to work with the information inside the files.
