[okfn-labs] Making it easier for people to figure out what's going on in OKFN

Wait, what is the difference between OKF and OKFN? I still think it's just
OKFn (i.e. Open Knowledge Foundatio<n>), as you previously thought. A quick
search doesn't turn up anything sensible, even when specifying "OKF" and
"OKFN" in quotes - they don't really seem to exist on the same web page
except by accident.
