Fabiano,

Friedrich is right: It's a clojure project. 

Clojure is a contemporary lisp running on top of the JVM. It does not
produce Java Sourcecode in between but rather directly writes java
bytecode. 

The sources are on github: https://github.com/okfn/reconcile-csv
