[okfn-labs] Nomenklatura - frequent 500s

Hi!

You probably can answer the question better than me. The sysadmin team do
not control the applications on it, labs folks (*cough* you) do.

If you need help with the Dockerization, I can take a look. And if the
machine isn't performing as well as it should, I can talk to the host to
get it sorted.
