[okfn-labs] CSV Conference CFP: Deadline 15 February 2017

This year, the community-run CSV Conference will be held in Portland,
Oregon on 2-3 May. Submit a talk here: https://csvconf.com/

Deadline: 15 February 2017

We will begin reviewing 16 February and let you know by 1 March if your
talk is accepted or not. Speakers receive free passes to the event, and we
are working on a financial aid sponsorship budget for travel costs. For
