Dear all,

Find attached an article (Dutch!) I wrote for Sociaal Bestek, june 2012 on
Budget monitoring in the Dutch neighboorhoud Amsterdam East. Budget
monitoring is akin to Open Data, Civic Hacking and grass-roots citizen
mobilization. I'll be happy to share our local experience and to hear from
