[OKFN-NP] Open Spending Data Party in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

As per the decision from Open Knowledge Foundation Nepal Meetup 1, This
year OKF Nepal is also planning to celebrate Open Spending Data Party in
july 19-21.

Where first two days will allocated for working over the data and last day
will be public program, where the Civil Society, AID agencies, hackers and
media people will join.

While searching the Spending data i found this file

http://www.kathmandu.gov.np/Listing_Downloads_11, which is very useful for
our work ... but there are still problem like.

Data is in PDF

Data is in nepali font (Not Unicode)

So guys we have to sort it out.... i suggest every one to look at there
data and explore more....
