[OKFN-NP] Join City Spending Data Party

Dear all

The Spending Party is a result of the planning from a wide area of groups
including Hasadna (israel), OpenBudgetOakland, OpenKratio, BudgIT
(Nigeria), OKF Japan, OKF Brazil and OKF Nepal. With the City Spending Data
Party we will be opening up budget and spending data from cities to help
citizens get a sense of where the money is being spent. We are hoping that
many more groups will join!
