[OKFN-NP] Preliminary Agenda for Nepal 3 day OGD workshop

Dear Daniel,

No worries for taking your time to reply.

Covering the data part of "OGD Assessment initial findings for Nepal" seems
fitting. My affiliation would be Open Knowledge Nepal (Team Leader,
Volunteer), Kathmandu University (graduate student), and some Energy and
Development NGOs where I consult on engineering and environment issues, but
they seem irrelevant here.

Yes, I would like to present myself as a candidate. I can see myself
assuming 'facilitator of the Working Group of OGD for sustainable
environmental development'. This is relevant to both my academic background
and my dedicated interest in Open agendas.

Best,

Kshitiz Khanal
