    No money will be awarded to any of the winners. Just the prestige of
    being selected by a really independent jury.
    Jury is quite democratic (All the members of OKFN Spain, just

    There is also the anti-award padlock

    (to the opaque and closed initiative). Anyone who register in the
    site can vote this last one.

    I would appreciate your feedback if such initiative could help you
    locally.

    Last year (first) edition there was 42 candidates coming from 4
    countries.
