[Okfn-se] [Okfn-dk] OKF Nordic fringe event

I'll be coming as well and I see a couple other Scandinavians at the 
attendees list (http://okfestival2014.sched.org/directory/attendees) 
which we should perhaps reach out to in case they are not already on one 
of our lists.

I think it's a fine idea to add the informal meetup to the OKFestival 
page as well.
