Hola Diego!

Aqui esta la lista de grupos de trabajo que hay en la OKFN. Hay 3 sobre temas de open goverment 
(WG on Open Government Data, Working Group on Open Spending Data, y Working Group on EU Open Data)

Pero no se cuanto todos los grupos mas alla de estar en la web, verdaderamente son activos.
