[OKFN-Spain] migración de la web

Como ya tenemos mucha actividad y el blog que nos da la okfn central
esta limitado (no podemos instalar plugins en el wordpress) vamos a
cambiar algunas cosas:

1) El blog seguirá en es.okfn.org
2) Pero el resto de actividad colgará del dominio okfn.es

Esto supone que este fin de semana habra algunos momentos en que la web
no funcionará.

Aprovecho para comentaros que estamos pidiendo conjuntamente con gigapp
y con openkratio un proyecto para financiar una iniciativa de
transparencia municipal, en línea con el grupo de trabajo.
