[OKFN-Spain] Sobre la organización internacional de eventos en 2015 y la gestión de chapters y grupos locales

Os adjunto este mensaje de naomi donde se habla de los próximos eventos
internacionales, anunciando que no se organizará centralmente ninguno en
2015 y como gestionar la red de chapters y grupos en adelante..
