[OKFN-Spain] Cadastral data?

Hi all,

I have a question concerning the availability of cadastral data in Spain
(Catastro).

Back in 2011 it seems the geographic map was released by the Cadastral
office,
http://www.epsiplatform.eu/content/spanish-cadastral-mass-download-service-launched
although I don't find any reference to it at datos.gob.es.

However my question concerning Catastro data is not about maps, but about
the register. This is the register of ownership of buildings, transaction
prices etc.
Do you know if anything like that has been made available as open data?
