[okfn-tw] [Taipei IO] Re: OK Taiwan 網站重新套版整理

1. 能改成中文的都先改了，不能改的目前可能沒有權限
2. 針對這部份：

blog 是系統自動產生，因為所有以下的子分類如 comment, featured, event 等（現在都翻成中文了）都是以 blog
形式產生，而不是 page 形式。這應該是 wordpress 的作法。

有想到再幫忙看看，我一併反應給平台負責的 Open Knowledge 那邊。
