[okfn-tw] [活動] 夏日聚會台大辛亥路後門星巴克早上九點

今天聚會還不錯，聽到當年 TANET 建立的一手故事，也聽到了 TANET 和美國 Princeton 互連，終於讓台灣在1990/1991 接上
Internet 的幕後花絮。

討論主要是從 NetPolicy.taipei.io 角度，圍繞著 NII, TTC, TWIA, TWIX, APrIGF 和
APNIC。主要事件帶到三個，分別是 Uber @ Taiwan，近來資安治理結構調整和 APNIC 44
全亞洲年會2017年在台中舉辦。上面提到的幾個單位，可能一般消費性的網路業者大概也不會聽過，但這些單位算是一些上游議題的利害關係機構。

當然還有一個話題，就是台灣一般對於智庫能扮演什麼角色，想像實在是太過狹隘。
