被拿來加碼作為政策辯護的工具評比之一，我們從這份發言能看到：

有沒有人想要針對台灣總是將開放資料等同於開放政府的巨大問題多談談看？這現象不是在總統府發生，在各機關、地方政府、民間單位、智庫、社群都處處能見到。
