GSDI 15 abstracts submission deadline extended to May 1st

In response to requests from several partners, the GSDI Association has
revised the deadline for the submission of extended abstracts for the GSDI
15 World Conference (GSDI 15) an extra month. The new deadline is May 1,
2016.

GSDI 15 will be held in Taipei, Taiwan (Rep. of China) from 29 November to
2 December 2016 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. Workshop
opportunities also will be offered on 28 November and during the conference
itself.

The theme of GSDI 15 is “Spatial Enablement in the Smart Homeland.”
Advanced ICT (information and communications technology), applications for
spatial data, and a policy of open data, are key to helping people prepare
for extreme events and to foster opportunities for public and private
sectors to create innovative products and services for Smart City and Smart
Territory implementation.

Step-by-step instructions for submitting abstracts, including abstract
guidelines, are outlined on the conference website at
http://m1e.net/c?153803145-RjqYaKrI8e1xY%40386974070-9hz6kCWJcNXsE However,

submission process, please contact the Conference Organizing Team at
gsdi-15-info at gsdi.org.
