抱歉，直到今天才向大家回報上週和 MyData 團隊初步線上會議接觸的狀況

基本上我們就是先彼此自介，分享一下個人對於 mydata network 的想法
愛沙尼亞的 Sille 也向我們簡介了 mydata 網絡發展脈絡
我記得她說即將進入第三年的 MyData 在  2018 年的重點會放在：
1. 組織的法制、法人化
2. MyData 宣言的下一步，尤其是如何讓更多實務部門的參與涉入
3. 促成更多國家相關在地網絡的自主發展與經驗分享連結

她也提到了以自身愛沙尼亞 MyData 運作的狀況，目前他們除了維持固定的定期聚會外，正在推動一個有關健康資料的小型先導計畫(細節不明，
但她們應很樂意進一步分享)

回到 MyData Taiwan 的部份，我自己個人想法有二：
鑑於草創初期，也許可先採任務型，針對某一種個資的類型（如健康資料或是網路行為足跡）來作一點功課探討，例如像上回 Schee
有擬一份表格想來整理台灣電信業者的狀況

第二點則是好好盯住國發會所謂的數位服務個人化 MyData 舉措與發言，好在出亂子的時候可以出手。當然如果 NDC
沒出亂子的話，也可系統化地檢查它們那套數位服務個人化的問題在哪。
