3q for feedback from everyone.

mydata.network 應該專一使用
專做 awareness 和 networking (social)
什麼是 mydata 和 nordic model 去處理資料的想法是什麼

我又想到
因為 mydata 畢竟只是倡議
但 EU GDPR 有 legally binding 的作用
是非常嚴重的大事
如果各位手上有跨境業務（無論是政府非政府盈利非營利）
不太可能不知道這件大事

據我所知根據公開訊息
由於很多台灣企業內部的資訊系統
不少使用微軟的各類解決方案
而 GDPR 處理的是個人資料
所以很多業主（包含政府）乾脆就找微軟幫他們講講這題
但這很 tricky
因為這和 ISO 不一樣
很多也不是單純法律 + IT 系統的問題
到時候微軟應該會很頭痛（但也很高興）

我們應該借用這次三十年一次的機會
好好提高資料素養

http://mydata.network 倡議
http://gdpr.pub 專門寫 gdpr 的訊息
http://gdpr.fail 則在明年八月之後可以刊登不合規被歐盟舉紅牌的大企業

這樣比較有整體戰略觀
而且時間拉得比較長
可以好好的利用閒暇時間做一年
又能裨益、具有公益性質

免得哪一天 mydata 被政府機關以特殊的方式落地
壞了這整個胃口
那就可惜了
