[okfn-za] Information rejected on the grounds that it may endanger human life.

I will write a blog specifically addressing my experiences. According
to the PAIA act, non-response is considered a rejection. I have been
trying to contact Treasury for 3 months now with no response at all. A
few other departments are equally useless.
