Okay, I'm a bit perplexed here:

- You want a petition for Delphi (My Gr 9 girl is doing some Python)
- You object against MS Office (an document suite) but petition for Delphi
(a proprietary language), isn't this a bit like objecting to fast food
outlets but petitioning for drug law enforcement?

I do not believe that government policies are in any way made on sound
principles, but I prefer to object/petition/etc. to the right cause, not an
auxiliary issue.

Don't worry, I have friends that have been incarcerated.
