[okfn-za] Scraping Workshop

Hi Rufus
It looks like tomorrow won't happen - lots of people have said that
they aren't able to make it so unfortunately I don't think it makes
sense to host it. The School of Data course is great, though it would
be nice if it were expanded a little. import.io might be a good tool
to add because it pushes the boundaries of what non-coders are able to
scrape without learning to actually code.
My plan was to scrape parliament's website which is always a fun
topic. Hopefully we may be able to reschedule for another time. If we
do end up running the workshop, I'll submit an addition to the School
of Data page.
