Make All Voices Count are running a competition called
#Tech4CitizenVoice seeking to find and fund innovative ideas using
tech under the themes "Local Action" and "Safe Spaces". This is open
to anyone in South Africa. The final pitching session will be on 30-31
August at the Highway Africa conference.

The application is at the link below and (new) deadline is 19 August.
