[Open-access] [open-science] OKFest - Call for Proposals

I have just submitted our proposal for an Open Science Stream - fingers
crossed we will get allocated plenty of time and space at OKFest :)
Thanks to everyone who has contributed ideas so far. Once we hear back from
the organisers about how many slots they can allocate us, I'm sure there'll
be opportunities to refine our plans further.
