[Open-access] voice of russia

Dear all,

I was asked to participate in a panel discussion on "Voice
of Russia" about Open Access. Apparently, there are two more
participants, most likely with an opposing viewpoint.

Anybody heard of this/also got an invite?

Any talking points I shouldn't miss?
