It may be valuable for us to record current practice in "Open Access". For
example are there examples where people have been required to take-down
because of potential licence violations. Or where authors have been
forbidden to submit to a journal because of the Inglelfinger rule (not
posting work before submitting to journal). Or where the journals state
this as a rule.
