[Open-access] Website up and running!

Hi,

I have made Jenny, Peter M-R, Tom O and Mike T all admins on the etherpad.
You should have received an email with a confirmation link - once you've
activated that, you will have administrative access to create etherpads and
add other users as necessary.

I might be able to drop by at 11am tomorrow to give you all a hand. I'm not
sure how to add a new plug-in either, but I'll ask around today and do my
best.
