[Open-access] Second Skype meeting

Hi all,

Following on from the successful skype call last week (see notes
here<http://lauranewman.okfnpad.org/newOAinitiative>),
it was agreed that a second skype call should be held next week.

The main topic of this call will be to discuss a proposal by Tom Olijhoek
regarding an open access index (Tom, I believe you wished to circulate
material before the meeting?).

I will leave the poll open over the weekend and confirm the time of the
meeting first thing on Monday.
