[Open-access] Logo for @ccess

I threw this one together, in standard open-access orange:
        http://www.miketaylor.org.uk/tmp/access-logo2.jpeg
The lock is also from the standard OA logo, and the remaining "ccess"
is set in the same ChunkFive font that the Who Needs Access site uses.
