[Open-access] @ picture

Hi Laurence,

You are right that I thought it a very nice picture.
I am well aware that it is copyrighted and in the mail I had included  the
coorresponding notice.
It would be nice if there is a way to be able to use it  ie if the
photographer or copyright holder could give us the rights to use it on our @
ccess.okfn.org site.
Please let me know
