[Open-access] [OT] bibliography sharing?

How about Citeulike?
That's very quite open I think.
Very good for discovering what other people have bookmarked/saved.
For example my modest collection of papers on Open Access (just a subset of
what's out there in the literature no doubt!):

likewise Open Data: http://www.citeulike.org/user/rossmounce/tag/open_data
and Open Science: http://www.citeulike.org/user/rossmounce/tag/openscience
Citeulike's not that popular admittedly, but personally, I like it.
