[Open-access] OKFest today

We didn't get much of a chance to discuss it at OKFest (at least, I
didn't!), but I have added Open Access week to the agenda for the next WG
call.

The next Open Science working group call is taking place this Wednesday
(26th Sept) at 17:30 UTC (18:30 BST, 19:30 CEST etc).

Perhaps the Open Access group can also discuss it on their next call on
Friday?
