[Open-access] please send mail to EU council

Hi to all,

in addition to the action That Ross Mounce indicated for the house of
Commons (deadline today)  ther is another urgent matter that we should take
up.
The EU is deciding on the Horizon 2020 budget as of today and as part of
this will decide on the details of science and innovation programme. We
need to stress the importance of Open Access and open science to the
Council.
I forward a tweet send out by Glyn Moody linking to a sample letter for
