[Open-access] [open-science] Licences for Europe - Next Meeting of WG4 and other info

I'm going to be in San Francisco, but I wonder if it might be worth doing a
piece from the Science Working Group on the main OKFN blog explaining why
this matters, what the opportunity here is and saying what we hope would
happen (and - more or less explicitly - what we hope will not happen)?
