For the latest work I have done on Bibserver, I considered the use of
crowdcrafting too - I have not done it yet, but it is now possible to get
bibserver to generate something like a list of similar articles which could
then be passed to a crowdcrafting app for deduplication or cleanup, or
collection of license terms or links to where an article can be downloaded.
