[Open-access] [open-science] Elsevier: some facts, by Tim Gowers

Is there a place where we can just put all these combined figures out?
I know for sure that for Italy is very difficult to know these data (but
we're looking into it), but the more we have evidence of what happens
worldwide, the simpler it is to be heard and understood.
I'd love to see a "clear" blogpost on all this (Ross's insights were clear
and interesting for the general public, I think)(we could translate it in
different languages!)
