[Open-access] Fwd: Nature blog covers India's OA policy

A *Nature* blog has reported the OA policy of India's Department of
Biotechnology (DBT)  and Department of Science & Technology (DST). Please

Soon all institutions under both DBT and DST will have their own
repositories (some already have) and the contents of these repositories
will be harvested by <http://www.sciencecentral.in/>.

Let us hope other funding agencies, research institutions and universities
follow the example of DBT and DST.
