You could try: http://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/index.html [UC Irvine Machine Learning Repository ]. Search for 'diabetes' and you'll find 2 data sets on diabetes.
I'm not an expert in the field of diabetes, so I'm not sure if you're looking for this kind of data. Perhaps the data sets are too old.

Hello,

My name is Angela and I'm starting my Phd program in the areas of Machine Learning and Diabetes.
I would like to know if there is any data set that I could have access related to this area? This data set would be on diabetic subjects and would measure a variety of vital signs (Electrodermal activity, Electrocardiogram etc) in parallel with the invasive measurement of glucose.
