Wanna hack on this at OKFestival? The code won't be difficult, but someone will have to make it pretty. Nothing like a pretty wall of shame. 

Every time someone sees an infraction, they rate it on a scale based on how many deviations there are from the stipulated license, and that scale translates to an intensity color ramp. It could hook into the OA button map data as well. Curation would be needed to ensure there is no gaming or other mischief. Power to the people and all that.
