[Open-access] Warm-up drinks in Berlin ahead of re:publica

Hi everyone,

A few of us will be in Berlin for re:publica next week, and Pierre-Carl and
yours truly will speak about the urging need for public policies to support
open science in Europe.

This is why we think it'll be great to gather for drinks and chat prior to
