[open-archaeology] World Archaeology special issue

Originally, there was a deal with T&F
to make all papers in this issue available
as open access for the first 6 months.
Mark L. is looking into why this has not
yet happened. Let's give him some time to
clarify things with T&F. Then we can
discuss how to best make these contributions
available as open access in perpetuity.
